Students are nurtured to be both physically and psychologically healthy. They are expected to have a wholesome personality, a value for humanistic pursuits, and a sense of social responsibility, as well as the ability to think critically and innovatively, good writing and communication skills, an orientation towards life-long learning, and a proficiency in organization and management. Moreover, they should have an international mindset and be able to work well in a team context.

培养具备车辆工程基础知识和专业技能,能在企业、科研院(所)、行业管理等部门,从事与车辆工程有关的产品设计开发、生产制造、试验检测、应用研究、技术服务、经营销售、管理等方面工作,具有较强的实践能力和创新精神的高素质复合型专门人才。

We should develop a strong practical ability and innovative compound-talents to have the basics of vehicle engineering and professional skills. They should be capable to product design and development, manufacturing, test, applied research, technical service, sales management, management and other aspects of the work related to vehicle engineering in enterprise, research centers (schools), industry management and other departments.

二、基本要求

Ⅱ.Basic Requirements

本专业主要要求学生系统学习和掌握机械工程、电工电子技术、计算机应用技术、信息处理技术、车辆构造和原理、车辆设计与理论等方面的基本理论和专业知识,接受现代机械工程的基本训练,具备从事机械和车辆产品设计、制造、实验、检测及生产组织管理等工作的基本能力。

The specialized field mainly requires students systematically to learn and master the basic theory and professional knowledge of mechanical engineering, electrical and electronic technology, computer application technology, information processing technology, vehicle construction and principles, the basic theory and professional knowledge of the vehicle design and other aspects of the theory. The students should receive basic training in modern mechanical engineering and have some basic skills in product design about machinery and vehicles, manufacturing, experiment, test and production organization and management work.

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识、能力和素质

五、实践教学环节

Ⅴ.Hands-on Experience

实践教学共50周,其中包括:军事训练、劳动、两课实践、工程训练、车辆拆装实习、车辆驾驶实习、车辆工程综合实习、课程设计、创新与技能、毕业设计(论文)等。

Practice training totals 50weeks, including military knowledge and training, labor, practice on ideological and political theory, engineering training, Vehicle Practice ,Vehicle Driving training, Comprehensive Practice of Vehicle Engineering, lessons design , Innovation and skills, Graduate thesis (design), etc.

毕业额定学分:160学分(课内)+8学分(课外)。

Minimum credits for graduation: 160 credits (curricular) + 8credits (extracurricular).

课内:必修课99.5学分,选修课27.5学分,实践教学环节33学分。

Curricular: 99.5 credits for compulsory courses, 27.5 for elective courses, and 33 for hands-on experience.

课外:素质与能力拓展8学分。

Extracurricular: 8 credits for innovation and skill development.

取得额定学分,方可准予毕业。

Minimum credits are required for graduation.
